Sriram Somayajula

Co-Founder & CEO

Sriram is a finance professional with over 13 years of experience. He has worked with MNCs, Investment Banks and startups in the past. He has extensive experience in fundraising, M&A, Currency Markets & Capital Markets. He is a CFA Charter Holder, he has completed CA & has graduated from ISB Hyderabad. His last employment was with Furlenco where he was heading the Finance Function.

CA Suraj Lakhotia

Co-Founder & Head – Content

Suraj is an All India Topper in CA across all three levels, with ranks 1, 4 & 2 respectively. He is also CIMA (UK) qualified. He has worked with BPCL in their Audit Function & also with Trafigura in their Corporate Finance function. He trains CPA (US), CMA (US) & CIMA (UK) students. He is also associated with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in creating content and case studies for the new course of CA Final.

Sarat Velumuri

Co-Founder & Head – Technology

Sarat is a techie by heart. Has extensive work experience in designing and developing apps across platforms. Having graduated from BITS Pilani, he kick-started his career with Infosys. In his last role as a Technical Architect at Kony, he led engineering teams in the development of Mobile Application Development Platforms and Enterprise Mobile Apps for several Fortune 500 clients.
