Important information regarding delivery, orders, system requirements, course access, and usage of Lecturewala course content.

A) Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 6–7 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location and courier service availability.

B) Delivery Charges

Free shipping is available across India.

C. Order Status

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, it will be processed for dispatch.

You will receive an order confirmation email containing the following details:

• Order ID
• Order Status
• Payment Details
• Billing & Shipping Address
• Product(s) Ordered
• Quantity

Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

D) System Requirements

Students can access video lectures only on Windows-based laptops and desktops.

E) Supported Platform

Minimum system configuration:

• Operating System: Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 or above
• Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo or higher
• RAM: Minimum 2 GB (4 GB recommended)

F) Supported Devices.

Lecturewala software supports only Windows desktops and laptops with the required audio and video drivers installed.

Mac (Apple), Linux, Chromebooks, tablets, mobile devices, and other operating systems are not supported unless specifically mentioned for a particular course.

G)System Security

Students must ensure that their system is free from viruses, malware, corrupted files,

or any unauthorized software that may interfere with the functioning of the course.

Lecturewala shall not be responsible for any technical issues arising due to the user's system environment.

H) Universal Key & Device Registration.

A unique activation key will be provided for the purchased course. The key can be registered only once on a single Windows system.

After successful activation, the lectures cannot be transferred, installed, or accessed on any other device.

I) Course Validity

Each course has its own validity period, number of views, and access duration,

as specified on the respective course page at the time of purchase.

J) USB Lectures & Activation

For USB-based courses, students must access the lectures only through the USB device supplied by Lecturewala.

A one-time internet connection is required to activate the course using the provided activation key.
